മംഗലപ്പുഴ സെമിനാരിയില്ലേ ഈ വർഷത്തെ ഓണാഘോഷം പതിനൊന്നാം തീയതി നടന്നു. സെമിനാരിയുടെ റെക്ടർ മാത്യു ഇല്ലത്തുപറമ്പിൽ ആഘോഷം ഉത്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഓണപ്പൂക്കളം, വടംവലി ഓണപ്പാട്ട് മത്സരം, ഘോഷയാത്ര, ഓണസദ്യ തുടങ്ങിയവ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾക്കു മാറ്റുകൂട്ടി. വാദം വലി മത്സരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം വർഷ തത്വശാസ്ത്ര വിദ്യാർഥികൾ (ഡിഗ്രി) വിജയിച്ചു. ഓണപ്പാട്ട് മത്സരത്തിൽ മൂന്നാം വർഷ വിദ്യാർഥികൾ വിജയം കൈവരിച്ചു. താളമേളങ്ങളുടെയും കലാരൂപങ്ങളുടെയും അകമ്പടിയോടെ നടന്ന ഘോഷയാത്രയിൽ മൂനാം വർഷ തത്വസർട്രാക്കര് വെന്നിക്കൊടി പാറിച്ചു. ഓണസദ്യയോടെ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾക്ക് വിരാമമായി.
